UNC Chapel Hill’s fitness and wellness programs are here to help Tar Heels foster healthy lifestyles and lifelong wellness. They are available for students and faculty/staff members. We offer a variety of Group Fitness Classes, Personal Training Services, and Small Group Training Programs that are all taught and instructed by certified fitness professionals.
Virtual Fitness Offerings
Miss our in-person group fitness and group training classes with our awesome staff?
- LIVE Heel Fit at Home: We offer group training classes you can participate in at home for FREE! Join our instructors on Zoom for live, 35 min classes three days per week. Classes are strength & conditioning focused workouts led by your favorite Heel Fit coaches. You’ll need to register for the summer pass through our Stay Active site.
- LIVE Group Fitness: Join us on Facebook for live, 30-45 min classes of all different formats, all open to the public for free! We’ve created a weekly schedule with a couple virtual class every day. If you can’t participate in the class live, it’ll be saved to our Facebook page for you to watch later!
- Check out our weekly fitness schedule with all of our LIVE classes!
- Online Personal Training: Using the Trainerize Virtual Training Platform, our personal trainers are able to design and share a workout program tailored to your specific goals and preferences. This Online Training Package can be purchased one month at a time through our Stay Active site.
