General Facility Rental Information
Please Note: Rental requests for General Campus Recreation facilities submitted between May 7th and May 27th may still be submitted during this time; however, due to limited staff availability, they will not be reviewed until after May 27th. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Campus Recreation strives to provide a variety of maintained, safe, and inclusive facilities and spaces for reservations throughout the year to the UNC and Chapel Hill community. Campus Recreation facilities and spaces can be reserved by officially recognized UNC Student Organizations, UNC Departments, and External Groups.
All Reservation Request Forms submitted 14 or less days from the date of request will be automatically declined. Requests submitted 15 or more days prior to the date of request will be reviewed by Campus Recreation Events Staff on a first-come first-served basis.
**Facility availability, reservations, and hours are subject to change at the discretion of Campus Recreation and will follow all university holidays, changes in operations, and closures.
- All reservations and participants will be required to abide by the outlined Campus Recreation Policies and Procedures.
- Campus Recreation reserves the right to approve or decline any event request with provided reasoning.
- Campus Recreation events, and programs will have priority scheduling in our facilities.
