Facility Rental Fees
Updated Facility Rental Fees are effective starting Monday, August 19th, 2024.
Student Organizations will be assessed Facility Rental Fees if one or more of the following applies to their Facility Rental Request:
- Charging for participation and/or event admission.
- Raising funds for donation and/or philanthropy.
- Using facilities outside of normal hours of operation.
- Reserving space during summer months – Monday after May Commencement through Saturday before start of Fall Classes.
Misc. Fees
- Housekeeping fee, late departure (15+ minutes after reservation end time) fees, facility or equipment damage, etc. at the discretion of Campus Recreation.
- Housekeeping Fees may be assessed if the facility is not found in the same way it was received.
Reservation Cancellation Policy
- After the Use Agreement has been signed all organizations are subject to the below Cancellation Policy:

Note:
- Accommodation for weather related cancellations and/or changes will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Campus Recreation.
- Campus Recreation will follow university operational conditions in the event of a change to campus conditions and operations.
