While Pilates has evolved into a cultural phenomenon, its origins trace back to simplistic moves for people seeking to train in a calisthenic manner. In this Spring into Fitness class, we will return to the basics, breaking down the foundations of Contrology as its inventor Joseph Pilates named the form of exercise. 5,103 square miles of North Carolina are covered by water. We challenge you to swim a personal goal of 100 miles and work together as a Carolina team to swim the entire distance of the bodies of water in NC!

Climbing Wall Membership & Classes

Housing two climbing walls, Campus Rec offers around 5,000 square feet of climbing as well as a bouldering wall and cave. With highly trained climbing staff, the walls are safe and easy to access, even for those who have never climbed before.

Go on your own adventure! Rent equipment from Carolina Adventures to go on your own expedition like paddleboarding, backpacking, and more.
