Locker Service Policies and Procedures
Locker rooms are available for Campus Recreation participants in Woollen Gym and Fetzer Hall.
Beginning January 1, 2025, Campus Recreation is offering Extended Use Locker Rental in the following locker rooms*:
- Fetzer Women’s Faculty/Staff Locker Room
- Fetzer Men’s Faculty/Staff Locker Room
- Woollen Women’s Locker Room
- Woollen Men’s Student Locker Room
- Woollen Men’s Faculty/Staff Locker Room
Day Use Lockers
- Complimentary Day Use Lockers are available in each locker room and at each of our facilities.
- Rams Head Recreation Center Locker Rooms will remain as Day Use Only.
- Please remove personal belongings from each locker before facilities are closed.
Each locker room has limited availability and no matter the label, is available for students, faculty, staff, or family member with an active UNC Campus Recreation Membership.
All Extended Use Lockers will follow the following pricing:

**Locker Service will follow an August 1 – July 31 calendar.
Rental Guidelines
- All locker rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Members can choose their preferred locker room and select their locker type based on what’s available in their desired locker room (top, bottom, ADA, Full)
- Pricing will not prorate based on the time of year.
- Members will receive an email reminder before the locker expiration date.
- A new locker service or members wanting to switch locker locations will need to be done in the Campus Recreation Main Office.
- Locker renewals will be available online.
- Locker rentals will be dependent upon the user’s membership.
Current Users
- You will be contacted to seek your interest in maintaining your locker rental via the email associated with your account.
- All active users will remain in their lockers until July 31, 2025 at $0.00 unless otherwise notified. Beginning August 1, 2025, current locker users will follow the rental process and fee associated with it.
- EXSS Faculty and Staff will be contacted directly about their locker.
