UNC Campus Recreation is committed to helping you reach your fitness goals through individualized support and guidance.  Our certified Personal Trainers are here to provide you with a personalized fitness program, hands-on coaching, and the support and encouragement you need to be successful.   We are committed to continuous professional development to ensure that are trainers have the knowledge and skills to work with all fitness levels, ages, and goals.

To Register: 


  1. Before registering, please review the Personal Training Policies for important details
  2. Registration for all Personal Training packages will open during the 1st week of each academic semester, and close 2 weeks prior to the end of each semester
  3. You can register online or by visiting Campus Rec Main Office (SRC 101) to pay with cash or One Card 
  4. Upon registering, you will be required to fill out the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q). If you answer “Yes” to any questions on the PAR-Q, you must also complete a medical clearance form:
  5. After your registration form and payment have been received, you will be contacted within 48 business hours to schedule your initial consultation with your trainer
  6. Make sure to read and understand the Participant Waiver. You will be asked to sign this waiver at your initial appointment with your trainer
