Heel Fit Small Group Training: Summer Session 1
Monday, May 19th – Friday, June 13th

Heel Fit is an inclusive small group training program designed to give participants 1 on 1 attention while giving them a sense of community. Our program is designed to enhance fitness through strength, power, and aerobic training as well as improving joint mobility. Our goal is to provide participants of all fitness levels with an intention, progressively linear, and interactive training program! This summer, we’re offering Heel Fit free of charge! Registration required 48 hours before class.

Swim Across Carolina

5,103 square miles of North Carolina are covered by water. We challenge you to swim a personal goal of 100 miles and work together as a Carolina team to swim the entire distance of the bodies of water in NC!
Climbing Wall Membership & Classes
Housing two climbing walls, Campus Rec offers around 5,000 square feet of climbing as well as a bouldering wall and cave. With highly trained climbing staff, the walls are safe and easy to access, even for those who have never climbed before.
Outdoor Gear Rental
Go on your own adventure! Rent equipment from Carolina Adventures to go on your own expedition like paddleboarding, backpacking, and more.
