Wellbeing Day Pop-Up Class: SUP HIIT

Take a break from studying and come try stand up paddle boarding with UNC Campus Rec! Play with balance, focus, and core strength by taking your HIIT workout to the pool. This stand up paddle board (SUP) inspired class will guide you through both standing and seated cardio and strength exercises all while balancing on your board. Must be in swim attire. All levels welcome- you do not need to know how to swim!
