Wellbeing Day Pop-up Class: Slow Flow Yoga
Come try out a special, pop-up group fitness class at Hooker Fields to unwind and relax on your Wellbeing Day! Bring your roommates, bring your friends and come flow with Campus Rec! Make sure to bring a yoga mat or towel with you! Also, if you love this workout, make sure to check out group fitness classes at the SRC and Rams Head Recreation facility all semester long!
