Fall Into Fitness

Bodyweight HIIT – Monday, October 23, 5:15-6:00pm on the Field Hockey Field (Karen Shelton Stadium) – Join Alexa in getting your heart rate pumping with Bodyweight HIIT. With no props and no equipment, this class will challenge your cardiovascular endurance AND increase your muscular strength by utilizing your body only. This class is welcome to all fitness levels, but don’t be fooled – just because it is bodyweight only doesn’t mean you won’t be feeling the burn!

·Sunrise Restore Yoga – Wednesday, October 25, 7:00-7:45am on Hooker Fields – Join May in waking up before the sun to start your day off on a good note with this Restorative Yoga class. By focusing on opening up and releasing unwanted tension from your body, you will feel bright and refreshed as the sun begins to rise. Come prepared to leave class feeling relaxed and ready to take on the rest of your day.

Sunset Vinyasa Flow – Thursday, October 26, 6:15-7:15pm on the Field Hockey Field (Karen Shelton Stadium) – Join Cameron on the Field Hockey Field to decompress after your long day with a Vinyasa Flow. As the sun sets into the horizon for the night, you too will feel as if you are settling down for the night. By connecting your breath with your movement, you will find yourself more in tune with your body and leave feeling lighter than before.


Gear up for the end of the semester with Group Fitness’ themed classes scheduled during Fall Into Group Fitness!  

Join us for themed versions of the regularly scheduled group fitness classes you love. Themes from Glow in the Dark Zumba to 80’s Full Body Strength, to R&B Vinyasa Flow – all chosen by our instructors. We are also offering three outdoor pop-up classes for you all to try around campus of some of our favorite formats!
