Group Training

Welcome to our *NEW* HEEL FIT GROUP TRAINING PROGRAM! This is an inclusive, community oriented training program designed to enhance fitness through a focus on strength, power, aerobic capacity and joint mobility training. Our goal is to provide all participants with a comprehensive and fun training program! We invite everyone regardless of background, gender identity, or ability to join our fitness community! Class are 50 minutes long, max capacity 16 people and led by a certified trainer. Registration is first come, first served, and opens one week in advance. Drop-ins are welcome, and will be let into the class if there is space.
