Ground-Level Team Building

Program Information

Ground-Level Team Building Program

Our ground level team-building programs are designed to build and bond teams and groups through different activities and initiatives. We program playful games and challenges that encourage groups to get to know each other and improve their communication skills and empathy. The activities we run always depend on the nature of your group based on the information you provided in your pre-program questionnaire. All the activities we select take place on the ground and do not involve heights.

We call this activity “360 Whale Watch,” it’s one of many possible activities we may run for your group depending on their goals for the day, physical abilities, and problem-solving skills.

This is another possible activity that is less physically demanding and more mentally challenging.
