Outdoor Group Fitness Class: Pilates
Lengthen and strengthen your body in this mat-based class as you are guided through a series of low–impact exercises focusing on deep muscles of the abdominals, back, hips, and glutes. Pilates places emphasis on the importance of breath work to develop a mind/body connection. Benefits of Pilates include better posture, increased strength, and injury prevention through improving joint stability and mobility as well as muscular flexibility. Designed for every fitness level, all will find a challenge in this class!
