Women & Weights Small Group Training
Registration open: January 24th until it is filled.
Class meets: March 16th through April 16th.
Location: Tar Heel Training Center
Want to start strength training and beat gym-timidation? With their coach, participants will learn how to use barbells, kettlebells, and dumbbells to focus on strength, mobility, and stability. This class will leave you feeling strong, confident, AND ready to structure and implement your own workouts. All fitness levels are welcome, but this class is for ladies and female-identifying friends only!
- Mondays/Wednesdays at 4:30pm OR Tuesdays/Thursdays at 5:30pm
- 10 sessions, 5 weeks
