Spring into Group Fitness
Gear up for the end of the semester with Group Fitness’ themed classes scheduled during Spring Into Group Fitness! Join us for themed versions of the regularly scheduled group fitness classes you love. Themes from Glow in the Dark Zumba to 80’s Full Body Strength, to R&B Vinyasa Flow – all chosen by our instructors. We are also offering two pop up classes for you all to try never before seen Group Fitness formats!
Two Pop-Up Classes:

TRX 360 – Tuesday, March 28, 5:00-6:00pm – Take your training to the next level with TRX® 360! In addition to the TRX® Suspension Trainer®, this circuit-based class will utilize battle ropes, slam balls and resistance bands to give you the ultimate full-body workout. Come prepared to advance your TRX® training, challenge your cardiovascular endurance and increase muscular strength. Previous TRX® experience highly encouraged.

Cycle Circuit – Thursday, March 30, 5:00-6:00pm – Get ready to get your heart rate pumping with Cycle Circuit! This class takes place both on and off the bike combining Cycle and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)! This class will be the perfect blend of cardio and HIIT in one hour to put your cardiorespiratory system to the test!

Sign up on Stay Active. Registration opens 48 hours in advance.

Step 1: Select the class format you are trying to register for.

Step 2: Exact class times will populate 48 hours in advance.

Step 3: Login with your ONYEN and password. Complete registration.

Step 4: Cancel your registration is you are unable to attend up to 30 min before class starts.

Step 5: Arrive 10-15 minutes before class to be checked in by the instructor.
