Mini Sprint Triathlon

The Sprint Triathlon will consist of a 750m swim, a 20K cycle, and a 5K run. There will be a week to complete the activities and submit your results. Multiple winners will be announced and all fitness levels are welcome to participate. If you don’t have a bike, no problem! No pool? Still not a problem! Raining? We’ve got you covered. You can use the stationary bikes, the pool, the treadmill, and all other Campus Rec facilities and equipment to complete your Sprint Triathlon!

  • Start training now by joining our weekly challenges on Strava.

  • Register on Stay Active April 5-14.

  • Complete the triathlon April 12-18.

  • Reserve a workout time slot online if you plan on doing the run/bike/swim in one of our facilities.
