LDOC Outdoor Yoga

Join us for an outdoor yoga class on LDOC, May 5th from 5-6pm. The class will be held on the outdoor practice field across the street from the baseball stadium. REGISTRATION REQUIRED. Registration opens April 21st at 5pm. Sign up at stayactive.unc.edu. Group Fitness classes are free for all students and active members!

Join the fun with UNC Group Fitness! All levels and abilities are welcome in our fitness classes. Each class is led by a certified Group Fitness Instructor who has experience offering modifications to help you work at an intensity appropriate for your fitness abilities and goals.
