FREE TRIAL Heel Fit Group Training

Welcome to our NEW HEEL FIT GROUP TRAINING PROGRAM! This is an inclusive, community oriented training program designed to enhance fitness through a focus on strength, power, aerobic capacity and joint mobility training. Our goal is to provide all participants with a comprehensive and fun training program! We invite everyone regardless of background, gender identity, or ability to join our fitness community!

FREE Trial Period: February 3rd through February 21st. 

Registration for each class is REQUIRED to reserve your spot, even during the free trial period. Drop-ins may be let into the class if spots are available. Please arrive 5 minutes early. Starting February 24th, a “group training membership pass” will be required to register for class. Get your fitness on! Join us for this NEW program!

  • Weekly Schedule:
    • Mondays/Wednesdays – 12:30pm, 5:30pm and 6:30pm
    • Tuesdays/Thursdays – 8:00am, 2:30pm, 4:30pm and 5:30pm
    • Fridays – 12:30pm, 2:30pm and 4:30pm
  • 50 minute classes, 3 classes per day, 18 classes per week
  • Only 16 people per class, taught by a certified instructor
  • Semester group training membership pass (one-time payment) = UNLIMITED access to classes
