Small Group Training

Campus Rec offers several Small Group Training programs to the University community. These programs provide a unique experience with specialized equipment and individualized attention by a certified Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Instructor. Register in advance for these programs, as space is limited!

To Register

To register: Visit the Campus Rec Main Office (SRC 101) to pay with cash or one card or sign up online to pay with credit card.   There are no refunds.

When registering, please fill out the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q). If you answer “Yes” to any questions on the PAR-Q, you must also complete a medical clearance form.

Please read and understand the Participant Waiver, and bring a signed copy of it to the first day of your program.
