Join in on the fun with group fitness classes! UNC Campus Recreation offers more than 90 classes each week to meet your fitness needs. With over 25 different class formats, there is something for everyone! For class descriptions, click on the class in the schedule below.
All levels are welcome in group fitness classes. Each class it taught by a certified group fitness instructor who has experience offering modifications to help you work at an intensity appropriate for your fitness abilities and goals.

Class Sign Ups
Most Group Fitness classes are drop-in classes and do not require sign ups. Cycle does have a sign up process. See the Group Fitness Class Policies to learn more.

Not a current Campus Recreation Member? No problem! The classes listed below are FREE for all UNC Employees. All you need is your One Card for access (no pre-registration required)!
