Group Fitness

Join in on the fun with group fitness classes! UNC Campus Recreation offers more than 90 classes each week to meet your fitness needs. With over 25 different class formats, there is something for everyone! For class descriptions, click on the class in the schedule below. 

All levels and abilities are welcome in our fitness classes. Each class it taught by a certified group fitness instructor who has experience offering modifications to help you work at an intensity appropriate for your fitness abilities and goals.

UNC Employee Fitness Classes

Not a current Campus Recreation Member, but interested in attending classes? No problem! We offer two options for UNC Employees to participate in our Fitness Classes without purchasing a membership. Click HERE to learn more about both options.

Private Fitness Classes

Interested in having a private class for your organization or group? Fill out the  Private Class Request Form & email completed form to Lindsay Brookey.
