Women on Weights


This 8-session workout is focused on instructional methods for using a barbell and will challenge your body in news way. This group workout will consist of safety, proper form and technique instruction, as well as a challenging total body workout. This class is focused on increasing muscular strength and endurance while educating you on various training methods.
