Get Hit from Head to Heel is a strength training program specifically for UNC employees. This class will help improve fitness levels by using the basics of functional movement and strength training. With the support of coaches, participants will experience challenging workouts and gain confidence in the gym. This program will meet 1x/week for 5 weeks in the Tar Heel Training Center, located in the SRC.

- Mondays from 1:10-1:50pm
- Session 1: February 5th – March 5th, 2018
- Session 2: March 19th – April 16th, 2018
- Session II registration open February 27th!
- Visit the Campus Rec Main Office (SRC 101) to pay with cash or one card or sign up online to pay with credit card.
