Sarah graduated from UNC Chapel Hill in May of 2017 and received a B.A. in Psychology and Exercise Sport Science. She is passionate about health and fitness and can’t wait to share this passion with the Chapel Hill community. Sarah has been a Group Fitness Instructor for the past two years, teaching different cardio, dance, and strength formats. She recently started working as a personal trainer and enjoys helping people reach their goals. Sarah loves to dance and can often be found tearing up the dance floor. She is excited to be returning to UNC and continuing her involvement in the fitness programs at Campus Recreation.
