Kickstart your new year with Carmpus Recreation's Spring into Fitness week of events! A special schedule of group fitness and specialty fitness classes along with health and fitness events will be offered throughout the week


Ask a Trainer: SRC Lobby, Wednesday, January 7, 3-4pm

Chobani Tasting with Carolina Dining Services: SRC Lobby, Wednesday, January 7, 4-6pm

Fitness Services Expo: Functional Movement and Fitness Center (FMFC), Thursday, January 8, 4-7pm

  • Drop-in services include: functional movement screening, body composition, blood pressure measurements, target heart rate zone, flexibility screening, muscle tension release and more!

Sample Group Fitness & Specialty Fitness classes will be offered all week: Schedule is found here

  • Group Fitness classes are free and are intended for participants who want to have an instructor lead them through a challenging and effective workout. Classes are first come, first served on a drop-in basis.
  • Specialty Fitness classes are offered for a minimal fee and are intended for participants looking for a high-energy, small group setting with a more personalized instruction. Participants can improve their fitness using specialty equipment (such as Bosu or TRX suspension training system).
