Spring Into Fitness

Spring Into Fitness by taking advantage of our offerings from January 8- 12! Our main goal for this program is to offer Campus Recreation and Fitness programs, services, information about fitness and nutrition resources on campus and an opportunity to “TRY IT OUT”

Come sample our Group Fitness classes such as Zumba, Cycle, and Yoga or check out our Small Group Training classes including TRX – Boot Camp, Olympic Lifting Clinics, Women on Weights, and Tar Heel XFIT! And you can’t miss our awesome special events: Chobani Yogurt Sampling, Zumba Glow Party, What the FMFC?, and Cycle Glow Party!
