Campus Rec offers several Small Group Training programs to recreation members. These programs provide a unique experience with specialized equipment and individualized attention by a certified Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Instructor. Recreation members must register in advance for these programs, and because space in limited, early registration is encouraged.
Visit the Campus Recreation Main Office (SRC 101) to pay with cash or one card. Click here to complete registration online and pay by credit card. There are no refunds.
Upon registering, you will be required to fill out the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q). If you answer “Yes” to any questions on the PAR-Q, you must also complete a medical clearance form.
Please also read and understand the Participant Waiver, and bring a signed copy of it to the first day of your program.
