Campus Rec offers several Small Group Training programs to the University community. These programs provide a unique experience with specialized equipment and individualized attention by a certified Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Instructor. Register in advance for these programs, as space is limited!
Special Promotion for Fall 2016: All small group training participants will receive a FREE pass to the Tar Heel Training Center for the length of the session.
Click here to complete registration online and pay by credit card. Visit the Campus Rec Main Office (SRC 101) to pay with cash or one card. There are no refunds.
When registering, please fill out the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q). If you answer “Yes” to any questions on the PAR-Q, you must also complete a medical clearance form.
Please read and understand the Participant Waiver, and bring a signed copy of it to the first day of your program.
