A high-energy, fun and challenging workout that will get your heart rate up, strengthen your muscles, and improve posture. Utilizing the ballet barre and traditional Pilates exercises, this class incorporates isometric movements, pilates, yoga, cardio, and resistance training for a complete body workout. The effectiveness of Barre & Pilates is second to none; you’ll challenge your body to the max while the low-impact movements protect the joints.
