Incorporates elements of Ashtanga, Power, Vinyasa, Hatha, and Flow Yoga in order to strengthen and balance the body and mind. Moving with each breath, flowing from one pose to the next in a smooth, meditative, breath-centered sequence, this class will both invigorate and relax the body. This challenging class is appropriate for all levels, developing strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance with an emphasis on mindfulness of breath throughout.
