Women on Weights

What?

This 10-session small group program is focused on instructional methods for using a barbell and will challenge your body in new ways. Expect instruction on safety, proper form and technique, as well as a challenging total body workout. This class is focused on increasing muscular strength and endurance while educating you on various training methods!
