This 8-session functional fitness workout is a blend of Pilates and strength training movements that target your core and lower body while getting your heart pumping! Set to upbeat music, this workout progresses through a series of sculpting moves that utilize bodyweight and TRX exercises to strengthen and lengthen muscles.
