TRX Boot Camp

What?

This 10-session functional fitness and athletic workout will challenge your muscular strength and core function with every exercise. You will participate in group workouts focused on improving strength, power, and body composition. Our exercise intensity will provide great results while the versatility of the TRX will help maintain your motivation. (Space is limited)

Session I

  • Monday & Wednesday @ 6:15 – 7:15 a.m. (with Travis)
  • Monday & Wednesday @ 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. (with Emma)                                       
  • Dates: 1/29 – 2/28 

Session II

  • Monday & Wednesday @ 6:15 – 7:15 a.m. (with Travis)
  • Monday & Wednesday @ 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. (with Emma)                                      
  • Dates: 3/26 – 4/23

  • Session II registration open: 2/26 – 3/23
  • Capacity is limited to 10
  • Visit the Campus Rec Main Office (SRC 101) to pay with cash or one card or sign up online to pay with credit card.
