TRX Boot Camp

What?

This 10-session functional fitness and athletic workout will challenge your muscular strength and core function with every exercise. You will participate in group workouts focused on improving strength, power, and body composition. Our exercise intensity will provide great results while the versatility of the TRX will help maintain your motivation.
