What?

This small group training program focuses on improving functional fitness through strength and conditioning. Utilizing barbell strength training and metabolic conditioning principles, our certified personal trainer will provide individualized instruction on lifting techniques and skills, effective strength progressions, and finish each workout with invigorating, high intensity metabolic conditioning sets!
