Get Fit from Head to Heel


Get Fit from Head to Heel is a 5-week strength training program for UNC Faculty and Staff. This class will help improve fitness levels by using the basics of functional movement and strength training. With the support of coaches, participants will experience challenging workouts and gain confidence in the gym.

How much?

$30 (5 sessions) for rec members; $55 (5 sessions) for non-rec members
