Get Fit from Head to Heel



Get Fit from Head to Heel is an 8 week fitness training program for UNC faculty and staff. This class will help improve fitness levels by using the basics of functional movement, strength and cardiovascular training. With the support of coaches, participants will experience challenging workout and gain confidence in the gym. Participants will also attend weekly group fitness classes created exclusively for UNC faculty and staff, designed to introduce participants to new class formats.

How much?

$30 (8 sessions) for rec members; $55 (8 sessions) for non-rec members
