Group Fitness Classes
- Group Fitness Thanksgiving Schedule:
- Classes after 1 PM on Tuesday, November 24th will be cancelled.
- Classes will resume as normal Monday, November 30th.
-SRC Class Cancellations beginning November 12th:
- HIIT the Step on Thursday 6:30 - 7:30 PM
- 3-2-1 on Thursday 8 - 8:45 PM
- Home Football Saturdays: Group Fitness classes are canceled on all home football Saturdays (September 26, October 17 & 24 and November 7 & 14)
- Intro to Cycle: This intro class will be offered on the following Sundays from 5:15-5:45pm: October 11, October 25, Nomber 15. Be sure to sign up!
- REMINDER: Check out the Group Fitness policies for Cycle and Barre classes. You MUST sign up to attend either. Click here for the details.
NEW THIS SEMESTER - Barre Sign-Up Procedure:
- Register online here.
- Click the Group Fitness link under course catagories on the left hand column and sign up for the scheduled class.
- Registration is open 1 day before the scheduled class, from 12 AM to 11:59 PM. Registration closes at 11:59 PM the night before the scheduled class.
- Registered class participants can start checking in with the Facilities staff located at theWoollen Equipment Room up to 30 minutes for the scheduled class to obtain their pass. Participants must be present at least 5 minutes prior to the start of the class. If participants are not present 5 minutes prior to the start of class, they will be considered a "no show" and their spot will be given away on a first-come, first-served basis.
