The following SPECIALTY FITNESS PROGRAMS will be available spring 2014:
Get Fit with H.I.I.T.
Get Fit with H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) is a 10 week program designed to support previously inactive participants make positive lifestyle changes through physical activity, nutrition consultations, and educational modules. Participants will receive pre- and post-assessments concerning their cardiovascular endurhance, strength, and overall health. Over the course of 10 weeks, participants are guided by fitness professionals through exhilarating and intense cardio and strength conditioning workouts.
