Specialty Fitness Programs
*NEW* BOOTCAMP/TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING
This 8-session functional fitness program is a blend of high-intensity athletic training and TRX exercises. This program is great for improving cardiovascular fitness and will challenge your muscular strength and core function. The exercise intensity will provide great results while the versatility of the TRX will help maintain your motivation. Space is limited! *Recreation Membership is required to participate.
SESSION I
When: Tuesday & Thursday from 3:00-4:00p
Where: Rams Head Rec Center
Duration of Program: May 21-June 13 (8 sessions)
Cost: $30; Sign up with a friend $25 each
Registration: Open May 13-20
SESSION II
When: Tuesday & Thursday from 3:00-4:00p
Where: Rams Head Rec Center
Duration of Program: June 25-July 23 (8 sessions; no class on July 4th for Independence Day)
Cost: $30; Sign up with a friend $25 each
Registration: Open June 10-24
