Tar Heel Training Center

Interested in power lifting, Olympic weightlifting, specialty training (TRX, kettlebells, sandbags), and more? Access to the Tar Heel Training Center (THTC), located in Fetzer Hall Racquetball Ct. #6, is available through Personal Training and Small Group Training. You may also join one of the two student organizations who regularly practice in the facility − UNC Weightlifting and Carolina Barbell.
